Claims

Click on claim center on the dashboard to view any past or ongoing claims. Here, you can see claim numbers, submission dates, and their current status. The claim details page provides full information, including history and next steps. Click on a claim ID to view its details.

Reporting a new Claim

Click "Start a new claim" on the dashboard to start a new claim submission. Begin by selecting the claim type and entering the name. Fill out all required fields with accurate information. If you have relevant documents and pictures in processing a claim, upload these by selecting files from your device. After completing the form, scroll down and click submit. A confirmation message will appear once your claim is successfully submitted. A representative will receive the report you have submitted and contact you to proceed with the next steps of the claims process.
