   • Renew your insurance policies online without the need to visit an office.
   • The renewal process can be completed directly through the portal in a few simple steps.
   • Please check your policy status regularly, as renewal reminders will not be sent.
3. Claims Management
   • Submit new claims directly through the portal.
   • Upload required documents or photos to support your claim.
   • Track the progress of claims at every stage until completion.
4. . Certificate of Insurance
   • After your online payment has been confirmed, your Certificate of Insurance will be available to download from the portal.
   • You will receive an email letting you know when it is ready.
5. Send a Message
   • Use the “Send a Message” tab located in the top left corner of the portal to communicate with Assuria.
   • You can send us updates or supporting documents, such as:
   o New phone number or email address
   o Driver’s license
   o Proof of address
   o Other required identification or policy documents
   • Our team will review and update your records accordingly.
