As a customer, you benefit from exclusive discounts, offers, and advantages at selected partner businesses in: Guyana, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago and Curaçao.

2. Who can use the Loyalty Plan?
Anyone with an active Assuria insurance policy is eligible. This includes:
• Policyholders
• Insured persons

3. Can I use the benefits in other countries?
Yes. For example, if you are a policyholder in Guyana, you can also use benefits at partners in:
• Suriname
• Trinidad & Tobago
• Curaçao

4. How do I use the benefits?
When visiting a partner business, you must present:
• A valid form of identification (passport or ID card) AND
• An original, copy, or digital proof of insurance, such as:
o Receipts
o Your policy document
o Your medical card (Azpas) (Suriname Clients)
o The MyAssuria App (Suriname Clients)

5. What should I pay attention to when presenting my details?
The information on your ID must match the information on your proof of insurance.
